Politics

Based on the Constitution Article 53, 5 opposition parties submitted a document to the Diet chairmen of both houses to convene the extraordinary Diet session. Due to the prime minister's tight diplomatic schedule, Liberal Democratic Party is going to forego their request.

Regarding the stakeout data falsification,  Asahi Kasei has announced that the man in the subsidiary company involved in 9 prefectures of 41 works in the past 10 years. The largest number is in Aichi prefecture where 23 works are reported.

Syrian President, Assad made a surprise visit to Moscow at Russia's request and met with President Putin. For President Assad, it was the first visit for to foreign countries since Syrian Civil war in 2011.
